No 'you should wear make up and high heals' or anything of the sort, but this one works your self esteem, your 'womanly powers'. I had a pretty low self esteem and didn't know how to flirt etc and decided 'what if I can find a book that could help me.'. It made me a whole new woman. It's wonderful. Not expecting to find what I was looking for, I orded 3 books from amazon one of them being Mama gena's school of womanly arts. I absolutely found what I was looking for in this book.
This book will not give you inspiration, empowerment or any new insights. I was going through a stressful period in my life (being a working mother of two toddlers), and I wanted something that can lift my spirit and give me back a sense of myself, I have to admit that it was a fun to read but the over all experience was disappointing and a waste of my money, I could not relate to many of her lessons, thought the exercises were silly, and her advises will only make my life more complicated.
Then I sent him another email subtitled: "This Is The One That Tells You Off."And I commenced to tell him off. A few more days go by. I dusted off my copy of this book and started reading it.
However, I recently met a man who really was impossible to relate to as we started an ill-fated romance. I sent a whimpy response saying something about us all hitting our "reset buttons" and mentioned I probably wouldn't be able to be friends for a while. I have owned this book for several years, and for the most part continue having fun without being reminded.
A week went by. I had lost contact with my inner bitch, but with Mama Gena's help I got in touch with her again. Ultimately, he sent me an email to dump me saying he was getting back with his bi-polar girlfriend.
.@*.
If you feel like what you're doing - with men, with money, with your career, with life - isn't working, then it isn't, and it's completely worth it to try something new. It's all so simple & common sense though - and yet not what I would've come up with on my own. The bottom line is, Mama Gena's proposition is delicious. I read the first chapter of this book online, and promptly bought this book and the Owner & Operator's Manual to Men. And Mama Gena's books are a beautiful place to start. You can argue that this theme is played out, that it's a little cheesy, that you've heard it all before or even that you know what you're doing. I read both books within maybe five days, and I'm in love with Mama Gena's approach. I thought all that, too.
Now save your cash and start your life makeover. Acknowledge his efforts. Be gentle to yourself and others, not war-seeking (drama is not attractive). You can be stealthily fabulous with your confident poise and actions. Be confident; It will attract luck to you. Move your body like you mean it. You can get all the empowerment you seek for $700 with the Tony Robbins live programs, or his $200 CD versions of Ultimate Edge and Ultimate Relationship program.all without the specific references to your land down-under. I am an open-minded girl in her twenties who has read this book, which could be summed up with the following:Enjoy yourself no matter what the circumstances.
Dress your best every single day. By treating yourself like a princess/queen/goddess, you are sending a message to the world that you deserve it.How to win over and keep a man: Let him know when he's right. Some might find it audacious. You don't really need her exorbitantly-priced $5,000 program. Repeat. She graphically goes into spreading out your nether-regions to explore your body, then decorating it with glitter and colour pens, which in essence gives a good message in self-awareness and appreciation, but her delivery in this aspect is quite silly. Celebrate your unique fabulousness. Treat yourself on good days and especially crap days. Create a pleasure basket with goodies you'd enjoy for a trip, your purse, and your bedroom with snacks, toys, and whatever else that might strike your fancy. Then add a stretchy pink book cover to your Tony book or other book, and use a pink highlighter to mark your favourite passages.Fun, useful read for the currently self-loathing and clueless.
Let him know how you'd like to be pleasured. Give him a challenge to solve. Basically, treat yourself the way you want others to treat you, and you will attract the people and circumstances. Amusing material for the advanced-level peacocks who already know how to work it.There.
Think you'll miss the pink of this book. All you need is the internet. Other authors' pearls of wisdom are also available too at prices that don't border on extortion. Play fun, inspiring music.
Celebrate him when he does. You don't have to be loud-mouthed and diva-ish about it like her. Write yourself a gushing love letter and read it often. Screw the naysayers (not literally).
